Effective Date: April 17, 2025
Humanizer is committed to full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We believe in data minimization, transparency, and privacy by design.
We do not process or store any personal biometric data (including camera feed, facial recognition data, or images). All processing is done locally in the user's browser and is never sent to our servers.
We only store anonymized usage statistics (like success/fail counts) and — if you choose to log in — your email address for managing your Humanizer links.
The processing of optional personal data (email) is based on legitimate interest (link management) and user consent (via Google login).
We retain usage data for analytical purposes. User accounts (emails) are stored only as long as the user keeps their account. Upon deletion request, all associated data is permanently removed.
Our servers are hosted within the EU and/or compliant third-party data centers with appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where necessary.
